Bianca is absolutely wonderful and QML is so lucky to have someone like her representing them. From my first initial enquiry regarding an OGTT test, Bianca was patient and empathetic ensuring I was completely comfortable during the duration of the test and no ask was too big. For someone who faints during bloods and is very anxious about needles this makes a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend QML/Bianca to anyone asking and have found my new go to phlebotomist.
I had a very good experience with Bianca this morning doing my blood draw. I'm one of those people with tiny veins, of which Bianca was extremely skillful and expert with her technique and patient care. No hesitation in giving Bianca ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ as my new favourite phlebotomist 👍
