Cristina is simply the best, hardly feel the needle and she’s warm and friendly. Best pathology in town.
This is the only place I will go now! The pathologist is lovely and so accommodating. I hate blood tests, they make the nauseous and woozy. The pathologist will always let me lay down and she is so good I never feel the needle and the blood test is over before I realise shes already taking blood!
I had a great experience at QML Pathology thanks to Cristina. She was very professional, kind, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Customer service like this makes a big difference. Highly recommend QML Pathology and especially Cristina for her excellent care and professionalism😊
