Could keep your hours up-to-date on Google maps instead of messing people around. I turned up after 3PM because you advertised open until 4PM. Don't worry about it, I edited the hours for you. It was 30 seconds of effort to save other people the hassle. Tried taking my 7-year-old daughter here this morning after being recommended as a great place for children. It was her very first blood test and she was understandably nervous. As soon as we walked in, the pathologist (I believe her name was Gail, red hair) seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone who came through the door. I asked if they were able to see children, as another pathology clinic had advised they couldn’t do anyone under 12.
