I visited the QML Edward Street location today around 1:00 pm with my three-month-old baby. The staff member informed me that she was busy with paperwork and suggested that I go to another QML location near Betty’s Burgers, as the staff there “did not have any work.” I found this response very unprofessional and quite uncomfortable. Attending with a young baby can already be challenging, and the lack of empathy and willingness to assist made the experience even more difficult.
