Extremely disappointing experience at QML Pathology today. I attended for a blood test that required fasting and was accompanied by my partner for moral support, as I have a history of passing out during blood tests. I had last eaten at approximately midnight and attended around 11:30am. I understand that I may not have been sufficiently fasted and that the test therefore could not be completed — that part is understandable. What was not acceptable was the way I was treated. Fast and efficient service
I was there 02/07 9:45 am. The staff there was very friendly and Kind with my daughter, she is very good no pain and very fast, I really recommend 👏🏻👏🏻
Really convenient that they are open Saturday mornings.
