Needed a blood test that requires fasting. Been waiting 90 minutes for my test. 3 people ahead of me. Lady is taking 20 - 30 minutes per patient. I haven't eaten in 15 hrs. Ended up leaving and going back to work. I'm now 90 minutes behind on my work, I'm hungry as and I didn't get my bloods taken
Arrived on opening. No waiting. Nurse was lovely and very gentle. Least painful blood test ever.
The visit was satisfactory in all aspects
Sometimes you wait but sometimes it is very quick I never had bad service and it is what it is :-) relax and be kind
Unnattended reception. Could hear dumb convo out the back the whole time while I rang bell and waited for far too long. Had to walk out eventually. Wont make that mistake again.
