I can’t recommend Hanah enough for anyone needing a blood test. I used to always faint during these procedures, which made the whole experience incredibly stressful and anxiety-inducing. I thought the ladies at reception were really nice 👌, and I did not have to wait a long time, I was in within 5min.

Well, this morning I was in having my usual bloods done, when this large Indian gentleman (term used loosely) was trying (in fact succeeded) to intimidate Leanne, he was rude, wouldn't answer her simple questions, ahhh I can't believe that people can be so horrible to another human being. It really left a bad taste in my mouth, rotten coot shook both girls. I have been to this pathology twice, and each time the two ladies have been very rude. Their customer service is very bad, cuts you off mid sentence, and the place isn’t very clean.

I've been here a few times and every time the ladies at the front desk have been unkind and the way the speak to people is condescending. Is like they hate their job and take it out on people. This really needs to improve.
