If there less i would give it. After going to Deception Bay on Monday and this facility not being open when door hours said it was, I went again today, as per hours on the door, now sign saying Temporarily Closed. As there are two QML rooms within three shop fronts of each other, it would be a good idea to atleast one of them open a.m. I will not be accepting QML Pathology from my doctor ever again..............
Says it’s open online but is closed in the mornings, they need to update the opening hours, it makes it difficult for people needing testing to navigate with incorrect information.
This was the fourth pathologist that I had visited that day and by far the best. The way that Flo handled and looked into an issue that I was having with the wording on my pathology request was greatly appreciated, especially after being told to go back to my endocrinologist and get a new referral by multiple pathology offices. Her willingness to listen and to help made my whole day a lot less stressful. with her help the correct test was requested and I was able to avoid the long wait to see my specialist to get another ref... read more
