Because this was my first time to this particular QML, I was unsure as to exactly its location. I'd parked on Nebo Road, and found that the pathology was at the other end of the arcade. The collection lady was lovely - gentle and efficient. She was the only collector, and there were a number of people waiting, but she did well.
Waited an hour and had to leave for an appointment without getting my bloods. There were only 4 people ahead of me. I have never waited so long at a pathology clinic. Better communication around the wait time would improve the situation as I could have gone elsewhere in that time.
A great experience all round. The phlebotomist was very skilful, a pain free experience.
Very easy to go and get blood test - no hassle - fully recommend
