Rude, unprofessional staff who lack people skills, manners, or basic courtesy. They seem to forget that people who attend QML more than likely have health concerns and aren't feeling the best to begin with. Demoralising treatment makes the medical experience worse. Furthermore, ridiculous wait times and inconvenient opening hours (not aligned with local need) add to the horrible experience.
