Very rude, have been here on 2 occasions and both times have had appalling customer service.

I was not very confident before coming to the QML Cleveland after saw the review here, however, I changed my mind after see doctor Norris, she is very patient and kind, makes me feel that she cares about me. Just to remind, the receptionist in the front is not working for QML, therefore you should not expect much help from them.
