I had my bloods done by QML Cleveland however never received the results. After a few days, I called the head office, and they told me they didn't have a file for me, and no record that I ever attended the clinic. I went into the Cleveland Clinic (where I had the test) to ask about this and was told that for some reason my results had not been scanned off, however that they would now do so. The staff are very efficient and professional. The pathology collection centre was easy to locate.
