Ingrid (I think that was on the name tag), the New Caledonian lady was so nice, fast, efficient and put me at ease. I have trypanophobia and had a traumatic experience at another QML location, but she made the experience today so painless and seamless - I hope she never leaves.
Caylee (I hope I have spelled her name correctly) was amazing. She was professional, efficient and excellent at her job. Thank you, Caylee, for making the experience so comfortable
Lovely staff, went during the day and it was quiet. Many rooms available.
The number system is a bonus. But there isn't enough car parking.
Wish I read these reviews sooner. The wait time is outrageous. I only saw 1 person taking people in for their tests with zero sense of urgency with a waiting room full of people. No water available. I ended up waiting over 50 minutes.
