My teenager has a dreadful fear of needles and he needed blood tests done, which he was dreading. The staff member (Kristy, I think her name was) was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring despite it taking a very long time for him to finally relax and allow the needle to be inserted. I was in awe of her practical and people skills.
Waited so long to be seen that we left and went to another location.
I have had a couple of blood tests taken here recently - the experience was easy and painless thanks to Tessy. She is a very efficient and skilled collector :)
Faultless experience here last week. Walked in minutes after opening at 6am and was greeted at the entrance by a bright and bubbly staff member. Took me in straight away and was out the door minutes later. Definitely the best QML centre on the north side.
If you have a spare hour just for a blood test, you can go here. Very inefficient staff. Took an hour to collect 3 blood samples. Phlebotomists just waste time here.
