Very well located. Very prompt friendly service.
Have used this facility multiple times since living in Carina and the staff are always friendly, happy to answer questions and no “dumb” question seems to bother them haha. My choice of pathology clinics!
My wife went here today. What a shocking experience. She walked in, said hello, explained why she was there and what she needed, and she was met with a big "sigh" and a firm "No, we don't do that second test, you'll have to go somewhere else". My wife then asked, "can you please do the first test then". Again, this was a "No", as now PPE equipment was the issue. Save yourself the trip, go to the one on Cleveland Rd, Carina, which is where she ended up going. Absolutely zero customer service and just outright rude and grumpy.
