If you are going to change your opening hours, update the website. Three people including me, tried to get a blood test today. Was there 11.15am. Because opening hours were 11am. Closed. Waste our time.
I had a great experience from Rhiza! Hoping when I come back I am lucky enough to have help from Rhiza again. Very kind and knowledgeable.
We had been to three labs, and six nurses had previously tried unsuccessfully to take blood from my daughter. By the time we arrived, she was understandably very anxious about trying again. Anna went above and beyond. She was patient, very skilled, kind, gentle, and used humour to put my daughter at ease. Despite how challenging it still was to take blood, Anna was able to successfully collect all the many tubes needed for the analysis. Thank you so much, Anna; you were truly exceptional, and we can’t thank you enough.
