I get monthly blood tests so when hubby is visiting eye Dr. I go here. The lady is so lovely super kind and really cares. I'm not good at remembering names. But I believe she is the only one working here.

What's the point of setting an appointment time, confirming appointment time and then showing up to be told "You have to take a number" and waiting and extra 45 mins. Terrible and impolite staff. Will travel elsewhere in future.
Wow this has been eye opening. Never been to a place so bad that’s over the top. The pathologist decided to serve the person came after me, despite me holding the number plate saying ‘1’. Then it’s finally my turn, she proceeded to tell me that there might be a $100 charge on the test and that she can’t be sure until it’s done. At this point, the decision has become ‘Do I really want this person to draw blood from me?’ I mean, I don’t expect you to buy me a drink first, but at least be competent enough to give me a straight ... read more
