Only two patients were in the waiting room, yet the wait time was half an hour. The pathology room was the worst—I won’t be going back there anymore. The staff just kept walking around in circles and seemed to have no idea what they were doing.
I have been using this QML collection centre regularly for a long time. However, the service quality has noticeably declined over the past ~6 months since the staff changed. The issue is not due to high patient volume, but rather inefficiency. Staff frequently engage in prolonged, non-essential conversations with patients inside the collection room, which significantly delays the queue outside.
