I chose this QML Pathology because it opens early, hoping to get a blood test done before work. I waited over 40 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me and eventually had to leave to avoid being late. It appeared only one staff member was on duty, and each collection was taking a long time. I also noticed others leaving without having their test done. I understand busy mornings happen, but better staffing or a faster early-morning process would make a big difference. I hope this feedback helps improve wait times.
0 stars if I could. Honestly, not even 1 star. Terrible service. I’m sorry to say this, but the staff member who attended to me appeared to be an Indian woman in her 30s, and she was INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! I’m an immigrant myself, so my issue has absolutely nothing to do with where she is from. It is about the way I was treated. She asked me something along the lines of, “When did you collect it?” I heard her perfectly well, but I genuinely didn’t understand what she meant by “collect it” in that context. Very inefficient and unnecessarily long wait and chatting in the room. Why would you need 2 competent staff in the same room and not operating two rooms on busy Saturdays?
The asian Lady was rude and impatient not professional at all
Knowledgeable, fast, efficient and friendly. Opens early, plenty of car parks. Walk in and take a number. So easy
