Both times I’ve been there’s Often been 4 people waiting and spends about 10-15 mins with each person, no number system. Gave up after 30 mins when still 3 people ahead and went to another QML
I had a terrible experience here. whichever staff was working today at 9am her mannerisms were very unprofessional, and the waiting time was far too long. Overall, the service did not meet expectations. I feel very concerned on how they would treat the elderly. Disappointed.
The pathology lady was very rude, she takes around 25 mins with each person. I don’t recommend coming here if you are in a rush. This not the service you would want after waiting in an outdoor seating area and having to wait 30-40 mins to get your tests done.
Oh my goodness…I have never been spoken to in the manner that this woman spoke to me. Incredibly rude for absolutely no reason at all. And then man before me had his head bitten off! This woman should not be working with people full stop. It particularly concerns me when I see elderly people in her care. Certainly won’t be going back here and I will not be referring this pathology office to others.
