Danni is the only person I want to be seeing for blood collection. I feel confident it will be done painlessly the first time. This is the only place I will go. Unbelievably for me always a pleasant, quick, professional visit. Thank you Danni
QML on McLeod Cairns North are great for easy, hassle free pathology
Both times I’ve been there’s Often been 4 people waiting and spends about 10-15 mins with each person, no number system. Gave up after 30 mins when still 3 people ahead and went to another QML
I had a terrible experience here. whichever staff was working today at 9am her mannerisms were very unprofessional, and the waiting time was far too long. Overall, the service did not meet expectations. I feel very concerned on how they would treat the elderly. Disappointed.
The pathology lady was very rude, she takes around 25 mins with each person. I don’t recommend coming here if you are in a rush. This not the service you would want after waiting in an outdoor seating area and having to wait 30-40 mins to get your tests done.
