Friendly and professional staff
I attended the Burpengary qml collection point this morning. When I first walked in I was astounded at how many people were waiting. I had no choice and had to wait to have bloods collected. A lady by the name of Swarna took my samples and it's the first time in a long time that i didn't even feel the needle going into my arm. Swarna was very friendly, caring and was apologetic for the delay. I felt it important to acknowledge Swarna and let her know that I appreciated her today, thank you.
Exceptional the nurse was amazing, I was in and out really quickly which was really appreciated
