Had to do a fasting test so arrived about 8.20am. Only two people ahead of me, so a very short wait. The process was painless and the nurse friendly and efficient.
Sign out front advising open from 8am. Change this or put a note on the door. Went back AGAIN and still closed. Passer by said you were closed all day. AGAIN put a sign on the door. 2 trips from Bushy with the current price/ shortage of fuel.... not impressed!
Tried to book a test online, only 1 was available (not the test i needed) to book online. Called up to book on the phone and I was sent around in circles by a robot, to finally talk to a person and be told they booked me an appointment. Turned out I did not get an appointment booked and they would not do the test. Waste of time. Get rid of the automated phone answering, or at the very least have an EASY option to talk to someone. Lovely staff but expect to wait an hour or more for routine blood tests. Waited for 45 minutes and still hadn’t been triaged for pregnancy glucose testing (2 hr fasting test)
My partner and I had blood taken by lovely Rhea. Very kind and patient when my veins didn’t want to cooperate lol. Thank you to Rhea :)
