The only pathology centre that I visit. I need bloods done monthly. Leanne should be training the workers. She knows how to NOT hurt.
This centre is close to my home. The staff are always excellent and I have been using QML for decades.
I had a blood specimen taken by Kirsten today and was extremely impressed by her professionalism and personable manner. She managed a normally stressful experience for me extremely well through her conversational skills and competency. Thank you Kirsten you are an absolute credit to QML Pathology.
Felt compelled to share. I have been there twice and am usually a bit sooky about needles. I felt NOTHING during my blood tests. Not even a pinch! It was like magic! Highly recommend for kids because of that. Team are also lovely and patient as my card was playing up. They were kind and reassuring and made sure I knew it was no trouble. Very positive experience.
