QML pathology is easy to locate and very friendly staff. Waiting period is minimal
Fantastic friendly, efficient and skilled service. The nurse even out on calming music and ocean videos to make it a very pleasant experience. And I was in & out in less than 5 minutes.
Lovely friendly lady, needles don't bother me but if they did this would be the place to go as extremely good at her job , only thing I can say is maybe change the opening times on the door as Friday it opens at 8am , not 7am as stated on door as does throw older non mobile phone friendly people off as I saw on Friday other than that my choice of place to go.
The place is always busy and best avoided first thing in the morning. I don't give blood easily so prepared to wait but you will almost always wait 20-30 minutes. Kerry is awesome but desperately needs an assistant most mornings.
Kally was filling in in the Doctors Clinic next door to QML today. She was amazing. She was very patient and managed to find my incredibly difficult to find veins. Thank you so much Kally for settling my nerves and getting the test done fast.
