Karen was absolutely wonderful with my child. She was very kind, gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout the blood collection. She made my child feel comfortable and stayed calm and professional the whole time. We really appreciated her caring approach. Thank you, Karen, for making the experience so much easier for us. All my life i had never waited that long for a blood test and its my second time waiting in the queue . By the way i’m still waiting for my turn . Damn

For the context: This incident happened on 18 JULY 2026, Saturday morning around 11:00 AM. Blood tests need to be done fasted. My brother and my mom went for blood tests as prescribed by doctor and there was a female staff member wearing specs with boy hair cut. She has no sympathy for patients and didn’t understand the severity of patient.
