I had a blood test at QML Pathology Browns Plains and honestly didn’t even realise it was done because there was absolutely no pain. Afterward, I asked for her name and found out it was Jeny. Then I remembered she had done my blood test about a year ago as well, and it was the same experience back then too. Usually I find blood tests painful, but Jeny is incredibly gentle and professional. She is truly excellent at what she does. Thank you, Jeny, for making the experience so comfortable!
Waited 30 mins (only a queue of 2 people) with a sick child to be told that they don’t do swabs. Not obvious from any signs, but maybe if it’s super obvious that I have a child you should ask if they’re in queue.
Practitioner was well skilled and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Would recommend this this site for pathology requirements. Visited on a Sunday with minimal wait time.
