After a no show at another site due to illness (it was meant to open earlier) I visited Navison House, Jon provided the best experience I have ever had. Hope to see him next time if they keep up the hours here.
Inexperienced phlebotomist. She couldn’t draw blood and after sticking me twice said “I’m not confident “. I walked around the corner to QML Edward street and they had me in and out under 10 minutes.
Sitting here at 7:46am waiting for the phlebotomist to turn up. Things happen, I get it. People can be late. I come here as it's right around the corner from my office and I can duck in for fasted tests and still make it to work on time. Except they're never here. One time they were running late and I gave up waiting. The second time they had called in sick (but nobody told me until I had asked after waiting for 10 minutes), and now today there is a line and nobody to help them.
