The lady who took my blood sample on Friday May 29 in the early morning was so nice, friendly, did her job well and hygiene was optimal. I'm definitely coming back if she's there. Why QML has 1 person doing everything? She alone had to do paperwork, take blood, collect samples from other patients, clean, handle public. I mean QML, at least have 2 employees, this location is in the centre of Brisbane CBD, having 1 person doing it all is not ok and yet she managed to be really nice and professional. "Excellent service at QML! I came in this Sunday morning and was so impressed. I’m a 'difficult bleed' due to my thin veins, but the lady here was so professional and got it in one go. She was very kind and made me feel at ease. Highly impressed with her skills and attitude!"
Not located on Level Q, it’s Floor E and is accessed via street level on Elizabeth Street. I wasted a lot of time on a wild goose chase
The phlebotomist on today 11/03/26 did a great job. I feel like these guys who do their roles don't get enough praise. Not sure why all the negative reviews. Thank you for not making this process hard. I walked in with no wait times.
