I came to this pathology center to complete a test and the pathologist was disgustingly rude and unprofessional and shut the door on my face. It was a shocking experience and no one deserves to be treated this way (11:50am, Thursday April 30th).
I attended on 07/04/26 at 1:00 pm with my baby for a blood test and screening. Unfortunately, the staff member on duty denied the service, stating that we were not in the system and that it was impossible to proceed. She suggested visiting another QML location; however, I explained that I had already been denied service at the Edward Street branch as well. I have been here twice before and I've been totally happy with the service and professionalism.There are a lot of bad reviews, however my experience was perfectly good. Their opening hours are clearly shown, the place is clean and the staff were professional and knew what they were doing.
Literally waiting for more than 1hr , seriously don't know what's the management is doing. To collect a sample for one person they are taking more 30mins , even the GP doesn't take soo much
