Echoing other peoples experiences. We had an interaction with a woman who refused to do our tests. They were bulk billed and clearly marked that way on my paperwork. I rang my clinic and had them on the phone saying they were bulk billed. She made no eye contact and refused to engage with us as humans. Booked 15 days beforehand for a heart monitor. They gave me 10 am Friday. Called me at 8am Friday to say that the heart monitor needs to have the battery and card changed daily. They don’t operate on the weekend so your booking has been cancelled. I have heart pain. Waited 15 days to be told you have to rebook. Tried to rebook with no help from the staff at qlm. Next booking 40 days away. Back to the doctor for another option. They just couldn’t care any less.
