Ladies here are always polite and very friendly. Helps keep people calm whom have issues with needles
The pathologist doing the tests was wonderful, however I felt sorry for him as he was the only one on at 7am in the morning and there was already a large queue waiting. I was 6th in the queue with many after me, and it took about an hour before I was seen. The waiting room is very small and was full. I saw several come and leave as wait time was too long. No problems at all. Staff efficient and professional, an easy early morning visit for a fasting test. We attend there all the time for tests.
Great service, i recomend to those who live close to Brassall to go there..
Everything was easy, nice and friendly, speedy and efficient .
