This morning I had a blood test and the phlebotomist was so gentle. She used a baby needle rather than the big one and it didn’t hurt at all.
She was friendly & didn't feel the needle as we were busy chatting.
Easy going, friendly staff members and professional at their work. I was visiting QML since past 10 years and QML is always be my first preference. I would especially find Sophie and now Catherine is very friendly, helpful and kind to the patient.
It's nice having a cheerful person greet you at the door. As per usual you feel the initial pinch of the needle but no pain after that, all the while Sophie is chatting to you to take your mind off it. Highly recommend Bracken Ridge QML. Thank you Sophie! 💜
