No sense of time management, all seats were taken. This is the second time I’ve been here and had my time wasted. First time the two collection ladies were busy showing each other videos on their phone while I sat there waiting. This time no acknowledgment of patients. A lot of us were fasting and waiting to get a test done I decided to leave and go to 4cyte. This qml is understaffed and poorly managed.
Staff very friendly and knowledgeable
So I have to have a blood test every Saturday morning. To find out even tho there times on there door says they opens - 630-1030 Saturday. Was closed that day and when speaking to the cafe next door they said. They do this a lot. It is very unprofessional, do not have the times stating you open Saturdays if this is not the case! I don’t enjoy getting up early just to have my time wasted.
Easy parking, friendly helpful staff.
