Dear QML Team, I would like to provide feedback regarding an experience my 9-year-old daughter and I had at your collection centre. My daughter attended following a GP appointment for a respiratory virus swab at the Bli Bli clinic . She had already expressed significant anxiety about the procedure, particularly the possibility of anything involving her nose or needles.
