The worst pathology experience I have ever had. Like many of the other reviews this was a terrible experience purely due to the staff member who sat there speaking about her work life issues to me while I waited. How inappropriate. Tried to push me into doing a blood test I didnt want to get done that day and then left me with a Holter i couldnt return (went on sick leave and the place was closed) and left nasty threatening voice mails on my phone after i attempted to return it to 3 other local clinics who wouldnt take it. Kristen was so nice. She made me feel at ease and she was very gentle. I did not feel the needle at all.
