Tracey is great. Very skilled and caring. The collection centre is a bit run down and could use some tlc but having Tracey there is a real asset.
Tracey would have to be without a doubt the best technician I have ever had.. highly recommend her.
I had a blood test with Tracy yesterday and she was excellent. If I hadn't been watching i wouldnt have even known she had done the draw. I didnt feel a thing! She's so sweet and personable and amazing at her job. She was wonderful with my daughter too, answering her 5 million questions :)
