I feel QML has placed a low priority on the Beachmere collection centre. It is closed at no notice when staff are unavailable, the glass frontage is very dirty, the accrediation certificate states the accreditation expired in November 2025, and the administration printer wasn't operating properly when I was there. The staff member appeared quite stressed with a full waiting room where the waiting time was approx one hour betwwen the hours of 10am to 12pm.
Very helpful and caring and results of test always have reach there destination
Qml Beachmere has a sign on the door showing open 7am to 12 pm Monday to Friday, my wife went there 1 Friday and it wasn't open all day ( no sign telling her this), I went there a few weeks ago at 7.30 am and it wasn't open but the girl turned up at 7.35 with no explanation. This week I got there at 7.30, there was no sign saying that it wasn't going to be open however after 10 minutes I rang the 1800 number and complained.
