I've been here twice and both experiences were good, 2nd time this morning. It didn't take long for me to get serviced. Kasey was lovely and I felt at ease with her.
Horrible. Waited 15 minutes in an empty waiting room, front desk was unattended but heard a staff member talking out the back, assumed she was with another patient. She eventually comes out but realised she was actually just on the phone, which seemed to be a personal call. She looked at me and put up her finger as to say ‘one moment’….10 minutes later and I was still waiting. Ended up walking out as I had another appointment to be at. Terrible service.
Yesterday I went for a blood test. The staff who assisted me was not very kind or ethically professional. She was very rude from the moment she started assisting me and wanted to force me to prick my hand and for me to talk the whole time because she couldn't find my vein. She even made xenophobic comments about her coworker.
Went to QML fountain shopping centre to take bloods for my daughter who is 11years,One of the staff I think her name Shwetha ,her customer service is very good,very gentle on kids and she got the bloods on one attempt.My daughter is bit scared of needles and she try to calm her down,and she was feeling big funny kind of fainted,staff given her first aid,Very professional. The Worst Pathology Service in Brisbane, The Worst wait times, No staff and the one’s there are useless, Do Not Come Here … QML need to be replaced here !!!
