Monali was lovely & it's one of the few people who've taken my blood who has managed to do it without me feeling a thing
Can’t make an appointment because nobody answers the phone. Annoying.
Yet again closed, failed to update times. Only a printed sign on their door frame saying ‘closed due to unforeseen circumstances’ Google says Open.
Waited 30 mins just to be told the system is down and to go somewhere else, could have just told me when I knocked on the door…
