Can’t make an appointment because nobody answers the phone. Annoying.
Yet again closed, failed to update times. Only a printed sign on their door frame saying ‘closed due to unforeseen circumstances’ Google says Open.
Waited 30 mins just to be told the system is down and to go somewhere else, could have just told me when I knocked on the door…
Please update your opening times online. After I was mucked around at the first QML I went to, I came here only to find a sign saying it was closed on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Extremely unprofessional company, I’ve never had so many issues trying to get a blood test
