I booked a GTT test for 8:00 AM, but I was only attended at 8:50 AM. I am pregnant and had been fasting for 12 hours. This is unacceptable. There was no one at the reception desk, you just take a number and go straight to the collector. What is the point of making an appointment if you are not seen at the scheduled time?
Oh my, Sat there thinking this must be a sleep clinic, oh sorry legs have gone numb sitting here so long, with bugger all clients (2). Poor. And they were complaining. But definitely polite and nice when you get seen, just allow a millennium.
