The collection centre was open today (24 Nov) and there was nobody before me. It took less than 10 minutes in and out. Professional and efficient staff.
This collection centre is temporarily closed. Call to check if it’s open again. sept 24
Advertised as being open on Easter Friday but in fact closed. The incompetence has caused multiple people including myself having to drive across Brisbane for urgent blood tests. Management should review why basic information such as opening hours is incorrect.
