Very slow and unnecessary conversations
Arrived and took a number, after sitting for some time, another lady walked in and got asked to come straight through. No appointment or number. The staff member, Sarah, didn’t bother to check who was here first. Other patient didn’t bother to mention anything either
This morning I came in for a blood test, and everyone was very professional. When I started feeling unwell at the end, they took great care of me with kindness and attention.
Staff are cordial but under staffed.
5 star experience at Arundel Parkwood. Very gentle staff who can find the tiniest vein without pain and/or bruising. You don't feel rushed at all. Would highly recommend.
