Facilities and infrastructure are dated, but mostly we have had multiple very poor experience with staff collecting blood. Some of the other QML nearby such as Keppera, is perfect

Sabine at QML Pathology Arana Hills is fantastic. She took my blood sample quickly and painlessly and explained what she was doing the whole time. Calm, friendly, and clearly very skilled. It made what’s usually an unpleasant task completely stress-free. Definitely an asset to the clinic.
Phlebotomist changed my doctor's referral paperwork from "adult female" hormone levels to "adult male" hormone levels without asking me or saying anything. Very unprofessional and not LGBT friendly 👎
