Friendly and professional staff great with kids and folks who don't like needles! Kudos.
Sabine was absolutely phenomenal: warming, caring and very professional throughout the pathology collection. I wish we had that level of service everywhere!!!
Facilities and infrastructure are dated, but mostly we have had multiple very poor experience with staff collecting blood. Some of the other QML nearby such as Keppera, is perfect
