Convenient opening hours - I was needing a fasted blood test, so was able to go in at 6am before work. Unfortunately fainted, due to I assume having been fasted. I felt safe and well cared for in a vulnerable moment, especially by the lovely lady who was my primary. She was amazing - professional, extremely caring, and she threw in some humour at the right moments to make light of the situation. Time for another test. Seen quickly, formalities sorted with ease. Needle to collect sample only just noticed, no pain. Very courteous and efficient.

Visited QML Annerley this morning for a blood test and had a genuinely excellent experience. It was my first time there, and I chose this clinic because they open early at 6:00 AM, which was very convenient. I was called in within just a few minutes.
