Went to get a blood test. I have a small phobia of sharp things so I felt uncomfortable already. And the receptionist that also did the blood test was so rude! I expressed why I felt uncomfortable^^ and she goes "well just dont look at it" in a rude manner! What a bloody joke Edit. Can't believe this place is still open
I know why this place currently has 3.3 stars... My blood test was unnecessarily painful as the pathologist messed up with the needle. I told her it really hurt, she apologised. I knew this was going to bruise, and it has. I hope I never cross paths with this pathologist again. Every other pathologist I've had (anywhere but here) has never had any issues finding my veins, even to the point where I'm told they're easy to find and well hydrated. This pathologist said it was a difficult vein... Doubt that. Look at my arm!!!

I had a blood test a few month ago, the collector did not wash her hands even though she did not use hand sanitiser. I was so worried about my test result therefore, I kindly reminded her. She said I was at about to wash my hands but she had already felt my arm without gloves. She missed my vine 😔and called her senior, unfortunately, her senior did not wash her hands also 😁you can think about what is going on there 😁 Infection prevention and control zero😁😁😂🤣
