The worst medical experience I’ve ever had. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the way I was treated by the QML nurse was completely unacceptable. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout my visit. Everyone can have a bad day, but patients deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic and would advise others to consider going elsewhere.
Closed up business and drove from Bowrn to find out it was closed due to lack of staff, even though its advertised as open. Not very happy.
Nice people on front desk, but QML nurse was worst experience I’ve ever had at a clinic. She was rude right from the start, then didn’t know the tests I had brought in and had to sit there googling them and calling others to ask how to do them. When she picked up on me being apprehensive about this she complained that she had been ready to pack up and go home before I had arrived at 2PM. Seemingly running old systems which makes it impossible for overseas patients to enter adresses and then get a rejection (doctor even saying you make other people wait..). Nice people at reception but the rest was not really nice :(
