I’ve always had a great experience at QML Agnes Water. The staff are incredibly friendly and always acknowledge everyone waiting, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. The wait times are usually very reasonable, and I never feel rushed. Recently, they updated their service hours, and I appreciate that the new hours are clearly posted at the front door and available online, making it easy to plan my visit. Overall, excellent service and a great team!
Recently closed :-( due to staffing shortage... leaving the many residents here with a long trip to Gladstone or Bundy, which is outrageous given the current price of fuel.
Agree with Annie's comment, update your web I have been there twice now and you are not open when the web says you are. Frustrating.
