Staff absolutely awesome, very helpful and friendly, genuinely make you feel welcome. Was there for a blood test and didn't feel a thing! This practice will be my new go to without a doubt. Would easily give 6 stars if I could. Top stuff A+++++
The white short lady with glasses was very rude. I have never met anyone more rude and condescending in healthcare before her. I genuinely didn’t know how to take a test as I’ve never done it before and she scoffed and looked at me like I was stupid. She was also not very knowledgeable and unprofessional. Maybe she needs staff training.
Won’t recommend this place. The staff was pretty rude. Long wait times. Waited for 50 mins under fasting while 2 people were served in that time, only to be told that it was after 1pm and they’re closed. It sucks they’re about working for the clock and not for assisting people. I can deal with them turning me away that it’s past 1pm, although can’t accept their rude bark that they’re closed, no apologies not friendly tone.
Very professional and not long wait time. Collector called Candy was awesome , got it right first time and explained results time frame.she was very courteous.definately go back there.
Lady there at 10am was very friendly and competent. Google has placed the location wrong on the map, if you are at the plaza it's towards the zirrafas side not near the ampol.
