Very unhelpful staff Very disappointing
Lovely friendly & courteous staff. Short wait time, especially for 7am on a Saturday. Thanks to all the staff for your care & professionalism.
Great place 👌 staff were, are very helpful, only things is they need more staff.It was my hubby who visited today
Attended on a Saturday as I work through the week and waited over 1hr 20 mins. It was very busy. The lady was lovely who took my blood. Definitely pick your time if you don’t want to be waiting.
At opening there were 12 customers in the que, with a further 6 within the first 15 minutes. There was no receptionist & the collection staff had to deal with computer & printer issues leading to some manually written in information on each form and much longer waiting times as a result!
