Marie is the human version of sunshine. Working in a busy clinic, she doesnt rush patients, she cares and takes pride in her work. Asset to the team there at Aura Family doctors.
Only giving 1 star because there isn’t a zero option We have been to this QML multiple times and the same staff member we have dealt with is beyond rude and the waiting time is a joke. Lined up today for over an hour to only be told that she doesn’t do swabs (Flu, RSV etc etc) She even opened the drawer and had the full test kits right there. 🤨 Rang head office to ask and they stated that she should be doing swabs and all services QML offer. QML management need to sort this out
I attended the QML Baringa this morning for the 1st time . Absolutely no issues. Will definitely go again if required.
