Friendly and helpful with no waiting
I went to the Wises Road, Maroochydore office and the lady there was very efficient and gentle. I have bad veins and had to fill about 8 vials and it was painless. I will always use this office 😊
The phlebotomist was lovely and very efficient. Totally painless experience.
injection into a plant fascia in my right foot last week and unfortunately it feels worse than what it was when I went in. If I could speak to the doctor that did it I would be very appreciative. Regards Colleen Cullen.
Had such a great experience with Eloise today! She was super kind, patient, and made me feel totally at ease. Really friendly and professional – and she had such light hands, I barely felt the needle! You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she’s helping. Big thumbs up.
