Waiting for ‘life changing’ results for the past 17 days to now be told maybe another 10 days. I apologise but my patience has worn thin. Very slack service don’t even deserve the one star I’m required to give.
We are travellers, Husband needed INR test. Was told couldn't do it without a referral so had to make appointment with a Dr to get referral. Did this now can't get result without going back to Dr. We told both QML and Dr that we are travelling through and was advised that the result would be SMS or called . Still waiting
Travelling through and needed a blood test, happy with the service here, clean & friendly staff. No wait time either was a bonus.
