Great staff, fast, friendly and made it an easy and stress free experience!
I was nervous to have my first blood test, but the ladies here were FANTASTIC! Got it done fast and painless, and they were very kind and comforting!
I don't know whats the point of having a physical card of insurance when you have number and shows all the details in your computer. Very bad experience having to go to and fro. One of staff Asian background was absolutely rude.
Saida has taken my bloods a few times now. Most pathologists have a difficult time finding a vein but not Saida. A couple days ago I went to the QML clinic up the road and the lady there couldn't find a vein after 3 attemps. Saida is also very nice and welcoming. The Chinese lady at that same clinic she is not but Saida is a lovely, kind person. Thanks, Charlie.
I was very impressed with the efficient and friendly service I received this morning at the Holland Park collection centre! The staff were excellent and the collection done in a quick and professional manner. Thank you ‘Team QML’ .
