QML Pathology collection facility at Meadowbrook, Queensland is regularly staffed by a gentleman phlebotomist. I have absolutely no complaints with regard to the facility, the service received nor the staff member himself. I am extremely happy with my experience which is why I have been regularly attending the Meadowbrook collection centre for several years now. Thanks very much for making my life just that little bit easier.
Went for blood test on 14/12/22, i had a referral letter from Logan Hospital for blood test and male collecter told me this won’t be bulk billed and i would need to pay $160 for blood test, confirmed with hospital they said you can get it done at any pathology as i have medicare it will be bulk billed, to be surprised all other qml at other locations didn’t say anything that i have to pay $160, and ofcourse it was bulk billed..worst experience here, should have more experienced staff with accurate knowledge.
Want to say a massive thank you to Ben and the staff at QML Meadowbrook. My one year old daughter had to get tested for COVID and being that it was 2:50pm and shut at 3:00pm Ben kindly stayed back and waited for my wife to arrive and help us out. Thanks Ben for doing this and arranging the late appointment. We greatly appreciate it, cheers mate 🙏👍
