Very,very bad experience, awful service
I visited on 3.7.26. A Chinese lady was so rude; she looked at me and said “you are so young! But you have these many tests! Your body is not good! These are for elderly people” None of her business. Obviously i m sick so i had to do heaps of tests and she is judging me with the tests? So unprofessional
G’day I have been a patient of one of the doctors for many years. I have had numerous blood tests over the years when your Patholgy was inside the centre and it has always been a pleasant experience with very friendly and caring staff. Today my doctor sent me for a test (swab test). When I arrived at the new centre there was a lady in the waiting room and we were ignored by the pathologist while she (a young lady) continue to organise her room- no apology was made to those waiting in the waiting room.
